Consulting & Training
My work as a therapist both informs and is informed by my work with organizations and groups to advance racial, gender, and healing justice.
As a therapist and change consultant, I work with youth- and adult-serving organizations interested in exploring identity and well-being in our minds, bodies, organizations, and communities. Working at the intersection of equity and well-being using mindful compassion and playful curiosity, I hold emotions, narratives, and cultural analysis as critical guides to help clients imagine and enact change internally, interpersonally, and systemically.
I also support organizations in improving their culture of belonging and connection by designing engagements around client-specific needs and responding to the existing landscape as part of their change strategy. My work has spanned non-profit, higher education, philanthropy, arts, and community organizing contexts, offering clients a wealth of perspectives and connections across silos and disciplines.
If you're curious about what racial, gender, and healing justice can look like within your organization or group, please reach out to start a conversation!
Fees are set in collaboration with clients upon initial meeting and based on scope and client needs.
“I think it is healing behavior, to look at something so broken and see the possibility and wholeness in it.”
